In your first language
You are quick, expressive and unmistakably yourself.
Private high-stakes communication intensive
I help experienced professionals improve how they speak, respond and present in English through focused work on language, voice, timing and delivery.
For founders · executives · doctors · engineers · consultants · specialists

Translation pressure is.
You do not need to become a different person in English. You need your English to keep up with the person you already are.
You are quick, expressive and unmistakably yourself.
Translation pressure makes your range contract.
Your English carries your presence, precision and intent.
Fluency lives in attention, timing, voice, movement and meaning. We train them together, then test them where your communication matters.
Attention, physical state and composure—the capacity to stay available under pressure.
Articulation, rhythm, stress, pace and vocal variety that make meaning audible.
Gesture, posture, expression and spatial behaviour that reinforce rather than distract.
Organise thought, make distinctions and find language precise enough for your ideas.
Rehearse the meeting, interview, pitch, presentation or conversation you actually face.
We use situated practice, gesture, enactment, voice work and the real communication tasks you face.
Embodied Fluency
Eight private sessions across eight weeks, built around the situations in which your English has to perform.
Book a diagnostic sessionA recorded 90-minute session maps where clarity, ease and spontaneity break down, then establishes whether the intensive is the right fit.
Eight weekly private sessions connect voice, articulation, movement, thought structure and live response.
We work with your pitches, negotiations, interviews, presentations and difficult conversations.
Video, transcript and before-and-after analysis turn a vague feeling into evidence you can see and hear.
Personalised drills · short voice or video feedback between sessions · final performance assessment

I'm Matt Gad—a Cambridge CELTA-qualified English teacher and former electrical engineer.
Since 2011, I have taught 17000+ one-to-one sessions to people across 50+ countries. My professional background spans engineering, project management, logistics and customer service.
I hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, and I am currently studying for a degree in Psychology. My teaching is informed by linguistics, embodied cognition, psychology and philosophy, while the work itself stays practical and focused on your real communication.
You need your English to keep up with your life.
You are a founder, executive, doctor, engineer, consultant or specialist entering more international rooms.
Negotiation, presentation, networking or rapid response compresses the range you know you have.
You want targeted practice, honest feedback and visible transfer—not another generic syllabus.
The aim is not to make you sound like someone else. It is to make your ideas easier to hear: clearly structured, well timed and delivered with presence.
Gad Academy is my broader English-teaching practice. Embodied Fluency is a premium, time-limited engagement for communication under pressure.
Eight private sessions across eight weeks—not an open-ended package of English lessons.
The work is organised around a real professional situation where presence, precision and response matter.
A recorded baseline, targeted rehearsal and a final performance assessment make the change visible.
Those belong at Gad Academy | English with Matt.
Gad Academy offers broader English teaching across levels and goals. Embodied Fluency is one fixed, eight-week high-stakes communication intensive for experienced professionals with a specific challenge.
It is specialised English communication training for performance under pressure—not a general English course and not broad business or life coaching. We work on the language, voice, movement and performance demands of your professional situations.
The private intensive is best for people with functional conversational English, usually around upper-intermediate level or above. For ongoing lessons, exam preparation or support for younger learners, Gad Academy is the appropriate route.
The goal is not to erase identity. We improve intelligibility, articulation, rhythm, pacing and vocal range so listeners receive your meaning with less friction.
Speaking is a timed, social and physical performance. We use situated practice, gesture, enactment, voice, attention and precise language coaching together.
AI can support transcript analysis, pattern detection, scenario creation and personalised drills. It sharpens the evidence; the judgement, relationship and coaching remain human.
The first step is a 90-minute diagnostic session. Contact me to book it and I will confirm the timing and fee privately.
The programme fee is not listed publicly. If the diagnostic shows that the intensive is a good fit, I will confirm the scope and full investment privately before you decide.
Your next important conversation is already on the calendar.
One clear first step for the private intensive.
We establish your baseline, identify the highest-leverage changes and decide whether the eight-week intensive is the right next step.
I reply personally to confirm suitability, timing and the diagnostic fee. If the intensive is a good fit, I share the full programme investment privately before you decide.
